Conditions of access and use of the lubricants portal
The Lubricants Portal is a space aimed at all customers of RLESA products and services. The main purpose of the Lubricants Portal is to keep the user informed, by electronic means, of the activity of RLESA, its products and services, offers, and promotions, either by incorporating this information in the Lubricants Portal, or by sending electronic communications.
Access to the Lubricants Portal also requires having a Repsol Account.
Privacy
Registration and use of the Lubricants Portal involves us having to process your personal data either on your own behalf or on behalf of the legal person you represent according to the following information.
Data controllers
The processing of your data shall be carried out by the entities Repsol, S.A. and Repsol Lubricantes y Especialidades S.A. as joint controllers, given that both entities jointly decide the means and purposes of the processing and that the Lubricants Portal is a service of RLESA, which is accessed through Your Repsol Account of Repsol, S.A.
Both joint controlling entities have their registered address at calle Méndez Álvaro, 44, Madrid.
Data processed and its origin
Repsol, S.A.: identification and contact (email) data Online Services that you access, and data on incidents, complaints, suggestions, queries, or claims.
Repsol Lubricantes y Especialidades, S.A.: (i) data you provide us in the registration (identification and contact data, including email, postal address, and contact telephone), name of the company that the registered user represents, legal form of the company, CIF, and registered address, (ii) data associated with Your Repsol Account, and the use you make of the Online Service; (iii) about incidents, complaints, suggestions, queries, or claims and, if applicable.
If you provide us personal data from a third party you guarantee to us that (i) the data provided is: correct, necessary, and provided for the purpose for which you provide it to us; (ii) you have a legitimate basis for providing us with the personal data of that third party; (iii) you have provided this information to them and (iv) in case of any problem you agree to exempt the joint controllers and the rest of the companies of their corporate group from any liability for having complied with the requirements provided above.

Transfers to third parties
We generally do not share your personal data with any third party, except for the following: (i) to authorities and competent bodies, courts, tribunals, or any other legitimate third parties in accordance with applicable legislation; (ii) service providers acting as data processors; (iii) in the course of an internal investigation the data may be communicated to the Ethics and Conduct Committee of the Repsol group.
Data storage
We will process your data as long as you don't cancel the Online Service or Your Account. Once canceled, your data will be stored solely for the purposes of responding to any type of legal liability.
Nevertheless, if we notice that you have not used or interacted with Your Account or any of our Online Services for a period of two (2) years, we will cancel Your Account, deregister you from any Online Service you are signed up for, and store your data solely for the purposes of responding to any type of legal liability.
Data subject rights. Access, rectification, opposition, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of personal data. You may exercise these rights by writing to rgpd.crc@repsol.com. In the processing based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, and without prejudice to the foregoing, you have the right to object, the right to opt-out free of charge and voluntarily to an advertising opt-out mechanism, and the right to request information on the balance test carried out by the Data Controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority at any time (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).
