Repsol Lubricants renews its agreement with Total Lubmarine
At Repsol, we value collaboration and teamwork as pillars of our business.
We are very proud to announce the renewal of our contract with Total Lubmarine, a partnership that has lasted for more than 60 years in the world of marine lubricants. It was signed by our director of Lubricants, Clara Velasco, in the presence of general manager, Christine Richard.
This strategic agreement, which dates back to 1962, cements Repsol as the exclusive supplier of Lubmarine products to Total Energies in the ports of Spain, Gibraltar, and Peru. The company's range of marine lubricating oils plays a key role in this collaboration.
Algeciras-Gibraltar and Las Palmas represents 50% of our sales volume to ships. Both Algeciras and Gibraltar are in the top 10 ports in the world with the highest number of bunkering operations, which makes us a strategic partner for the Lubmarine network.
In the words of the French multinational, global partnerships are key for their business, allowing them to offer marine lubricants and technical services around the world. We renewed our partnership contract with Total Lubmarine in a ceremony held at the Lubmarine headquarters in Paris, France. This reflects a strong “single team” relationship that has operated successfully for over 60 years, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration for many years to come.
