Repsol Lubricants improves its products search engine for a more agile and accurate experience

At Repsol Lubricants, we continue to focus on digital innovation to offer our customers tools that are both useful and easy to use. To this end, we have made a significant improvement in the products search engine of our portal, available at this link.

After a thorough analysis of our users' behavior and gathering suggestions from our customers, we have completely redesigned this functionality to make the process of finding the right lubricant faster, clearer, and more efficient.

The new version of the search engine unifies the different search options in the same interface -by product, by license plate, or by vehicle-, allowing you to switch between them immediately and without reloading the page.

In the case of vehicle search, two possibilities are now combined: entering the model directly into a text box or following a system of guided filters that are unlocked as the user completes the information. This approach avoids showing unnecessary data and makes it easier for each person to find what they are looking for without getting lost among options.

In addition, both text search and filter search work on the same database, ensuring that the results are consistent and accurate. Once the vehicle has been selected, the user directly accesses the page with the recommended products, where they can also refine the selection using additional filters visible on the left side of the screen.

With this redesign, the Repsol Lubricants search engine gains in speed and usability, while also better adapting to the expectations of our customers, offering a more fluid experience and aligned with the most advanced standards in the sector.
