Qualities
The product is developed for new generation of stationary gas engines with high Brake Mean Effective Pressure (BMEP) between 22 and 26 bar that use natural gas and require the use of an oil with a maximum sulphated ash content of 0.5%.
Thanks to the chemical formulation, optimum balance additives and high quality base oils, the product can avoid corrosion, metal wear, ring deposits and also valve recession and preignition phenomena making lubricant degradation slower.
Extended oil drain intervals even double as other similar lubricant oils in low specific consumption engines. That means less time maintenance operations, cost saving and productivity improvement in industrial plants.
Low phosphorus additive content suitable for use in engines with catalyst exhaust gas systems. It can be used in stationary gas engines that run on biogas or landfill gas but in this case used oil sampling must be carried out more often.
