Very fluid pure cutting oil formulated with synthetic base oils and special additives that facilitate the grinding of steel and alloys. Excellent thermal stability and cooling capacity thanks to the nature of the base oils used. It prevents the formation of mists, chip welding and seizure. It is advisable to clean the tanks well before using the new product.

A pure, very liquid oil formulated using highly refined natural paraffin mineral bases. Contains additives that are highly active in machining work on hard steel. Not suitable for soft and yellow metals. Good oiliness and film resistance needed in work of medium or high difficulty, thus avoiding chip soldering and the seizing up of tools. Ibercut 30 A is particularly suitable for strickling and thread work and rigging medium-hard stainless steel. Also suitable for gear work, milling and medium to difficult mechanical work.

Pure cutting lubricating oil with high fluidity, formulated from Group III hydrocracked synthetic bases that provide high thermal stability, lower volatility and greater resistance to oxidation compared to mineral oils used for the same application. Extreme pressure additive package specially developed for severe operations of cutting and machining of hard steels. It also has a good lubricity and film resistance, required in operations of high difficulty. It avoids phenomena of welding of chips and seizure of the tools, and maintaining at the same time a great cooling capacity. MAKER IBERCUT 20 A PLUS is especially suitable for operations such as tapping, threading or broaching of stainless steel of high hardness. Also, for gear cutting, milling and operations of high mechanical difficulty.
