Fluid grease thickened with lithium soap (hydroxystearate). Contains extreme pressure antioxidant and anticorrosive additives. ⦁ Centralised lorry greasing: pivots, spring shafts, joint shafts, brake cam bearings, etc. ⦁ Centralised greasing of public works machinery. ⦁ "Lifelong” greasing of small reductions. ⦁ Field of application: –20 ºC to 100 ºC.

Grease specially designed for lubricating open gears and cogs, formulated with very highly refined paraffinic oil, synthetic polymers and aluminium complex soap thickener, which together with a suitable combination of additives and solids make this grease ideal for protecting the perfect geometry of the gears in high-tonnage mills and furnaces.

High quality grease, formulated with highly refined mineral oil, thickened with complex lithium soap. Contains extreme pressure antioxidant and anticorrosive additives. It has been especially developed for the lubrication of industrial machinery elements where there are temperatures of up to 140 ºC and with point temperatures of 160 ºC. ⦁ A lubricating grease for all types of mechanisms and bearings which are subject to high temperatures and which perform in conditions with heavy loads and pressures (sifter bearings, presses, ceramic and waste furnaces, mills, etc.). ⦁ Lubrication of vibrating rollers, asphalt spreaders, heat source coupling, roller boxes guide in lamination, etc.

An extreme pressure lithium grease, made of oils with a high grade of refining. Contains special extreme pressure additives, which together with its molybdenum disulfide content, give it excellent anti-wear properties as well as a great capacity to perform at high temperatures. ⦁ Especially recommended in the lubrication of mechanisms exposed to slipping, very high charges and long periods of greasing. ⦁ Greasing of journal bearings, hydraulic hammer bearings, open gears, and spare wheels. ⦁ Very severe uses, such as rolling-mills. ⦁ Field of application from -20 ºC to 120 ºC.

It is a grease formulated with highly refined mineral oil of very low viscosity, and a simple lithium soap thickener with antiwear and anticorrosion additives. This combination gives its excellent pumpability, good flow at a wide range of temperatures, a low friction coefficient, and very good adherence and unctuousness.

Extreme pressure lithium grease that is specially formulated with a lithium complex thickener. This grease displays excellent performance under extreme conditions, thanks to its extreme pressure additives and 3% molybdenum disulphide content. It also has specific additives to protect equipment against oxidation, high temperatures, and corrosion.

High-performance multipurpose grease formulated with highly refined mineral base oils and thickener based on complex calcium sulphonate. The nature of the thickening agent used gives it extraordinary anticorrosion and extreme pressure characteristics. The careful selection of additives provides good additional rust-resistance properties and mechanical stability.

Grease developed for use in the food processing industry, in all applications that require greases with excellent performance at high working temperatures. Formulated using an Aluminium Complex thickener, this grease has a strong affinity for metal and it is highly stable when operating with heavy loads and at high temperatures. Thanks to its fully synthetic base oil, this grease can work continuously at temperatures close to 180°C. The carefully balanced additives, improved with solid PTFE content, yield excellent anti-corrosive, anti-oxidant, anti-wear, and extreme pressure-resistant properties, all of which are needed to guarantee the proper performance in the most demanding applications. This grease has excellent sealing properties, ideal for lubricating bearings subjected to high temperatures and pressures. It is registered as an H1 category grease.
