Repsol Lubricants presents its new motorcycle lubricant ranges in Jerez

Nuevas gamas para moto

Last weekend, Repsol Lubricants presented its new ranges of motorcycle lubricants at the Jerez Circuit, coinciding with the Spanish Grand Prix. It was an especially symbolic location and event to showcase an evolution that is born from a clear reality: not all of today's motorcycles are used the same way, which means all motorcycles demand different things from their lubricants.

With this renewal, Repsol Lubricants has revamped its offer to better respond to the different lives we give to our motorcycles. From sports driving to daily city use, long road trips into oblivion, or zipping around town on an electric scooter, the new range architecture seeks to make it easier to choose the right product for both riders and mechanics.

Our new offering is divided into six families: EXTREME, EXPLORER, URBAN, URBAN SCOOTER, RIDER, and RIDER SCOOTER. Each responds to a type of use, a level of demand, and specific needs for protection, cleanliness, stability, and performance.

One of the great pillars of this new era for Repsol Lubricants is the connection between technology and competition. From 2026 to 2030, Repsol Lubricants is the exclusive supplier of lubricants for Moto2 and Moto3, thus reinforcing the relationship between technological development, the demands of the racetrack, and real application of the knowledge acquired in competition.

This is where EXTREME takes a prominent position in our new portfolio. This is our newest range of motorcycle lubricants, formulated with Racing PAO technology and which is the same product used by Moto2 and Moto3 riders. It is a direct way to bring the experience of competition to a product designed for real use, keeping the focus on what really matters when demand spikes: protection, stability, and performance.

Alongside EXTREME, the EXPLORER range is designed for long trips, mixed uses, and changing environments; URBAN and URBAN SCOOTER respond to the demands of everyday mobility; and RIDER and RIDER SCOOTER offer a clear and reliable solution for everyday maintenance.

The work taking place at Repsol Technology Lab is the power behind these lubricants, with Tech Lab's lubrication research translating into formulations capable of responding to different conditions of use. The presentation in Jerez also illustrated a clearer way to bring this technology closer to the real needs of motorcyclists and professionals.

With this launch at the Spanish GP, Repsol Lubricants reinforces its bond with the motorcycle world and ushers in a new era in its offering for this segment with more specialized ranges that are easier to recommend and closely linked to an experience that is born in the lab, tested in competition, and reaffirmed in everyday use.
