PROTECTOR FG CALCIUM SULFONATE is a high-performance grease designed for use in the food processing industry, in all applications that require excellent performance in high load and humid environments. Formulated using a calcium sulfonate thickener, this grease presents a strong affinity for metal, is highly stable during mechanical work, and has high lubricating and anti-oxidant properties thanks to its semi-synthetic base oil, which also affords a broader working temperature range than conventional greases, allowing it to be used between -30 and 170°C without losing any of its properties. The carefully balanced additives yield excellent anti-corrosive, anti-oxidant, anti-wear, and extreme pressure-resistant properties, all of which are needed to guarantee performance in the most demanding applications.
This grease has excellent sealing properties, ideal for lubricating bearings subjected to extreme working conditions. In addition, it is registered as an H1 lubricant for use in companies from the food industry.
