PROTECTOR FG ALUMINIUM COMPLEX is a grease developed for use in the food processing industry, in all applications that require greases with excellent performance at high working temperatures. Formulated using an Aluminium Complex thickener, this grease has a strong affinity for metal and it is highly stable when operating with heavy loads and at high temperatures. Thanks to its fully synthetic base oil, this grease can work continuously at temperatures close to 180°C. The carefully balanced additives, improved with solid PTFE content, yield excellent anti-corrosive, anti-oxidant, anti-wear, and extreme pressure-resistant properties, all of which are needed to guarantee the proper performance in the most demanding applications.
This grease has excellent sealing properties, ideal for lubricating bearings subjected to high temperatures and pressures. It is registered as an H1 category grease.
