Neat cutting oil, very fluid, formulated with highly refined paraffin base stocks. Extreme pressure oil package specially developed for cutting oil and machining operations with hardened steels.
It is not suitable for soft or yellow metals. It also has good lubricity and film resistance, which are necessary in medium or high-difficulty operations in order to prevent shavings from welding and tool seize-ups.
The Ibercut 20 A is particularly appropriate for jobs such as threading, bolting, and broaching of medium and high-density stainless steel. It is also suitable for gear cutting, milling, and medium and high-difficulty mechanical operations.
